ProSport Sports Performance Classes

ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance is Orange County's leading sports performance facility offering small group and individualized programs focused on the athlete's physical development and performance goal.

Once you submit your athlete profile and your performance evaluation is complete, you will be recommended a training plan within a ProSport Performance Class based on your individual goals.

Foundational (ages: approx. 8-12)

Class Duration is 1 hour.
Focuses on teaching basic movement mechanics to improve their speed, agility and balance

Essentials: (ages: approx. 12-14)

Class Duration is 1 hour.
Focuses on teaching proper movement mechanics while introducing athletes to strength training

Accelerated (Advanced Middle School-High School)

Class Duration is 2 hours - 1 hour of movement & 1 hour of strength.
Movement Hour: Focuses on fine tuning movement technique for linear acceleration, max velocity, multi-direction, and deceleration
Strength Hour: Focuses on teaching athletes how to perform compound lifts in the weight room making them self-sufficient when they are entering a high school setting

Elite (High School- Collegiate)

Class Duration is 2 hours - 1 hour of movement & 1 hour of strength.
Movement Hour: Focuses on applying drills that incorporate all the movement patterns learned from previous classes toward the athlete's specific sport
Strength Hour: Focuses on more advanced lifts that will help increase the athlete's speed and power

Adult Fit Classes

Adult Fit classes are designed to help individuals reach their fitness goals in a fun and supportive group environment. Utilizing both High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) concepts and strength & conditioning methodologies, our Adult Fit classes will help you torch calories and improve your overall fitness level.
