We believe that developing leaders is important, so we offer a career pathway to leadership via the Emerging Leaders Program and the Clinical Leadership Program. The programs provide the platform to connect with other leaders, build a network, develop soft skills that develop authentic relationships that lead to a motivated and engaged team, as well as improve their technical day-to-day abilities in running their clinic or region.
The leadership pathway includes a combination of didactic learning, mentorship, and on the job training. The clinical leadership program is required for anyone wishing to be a clinic director in any of our family of brands.
