Team member spotlight: sam Rauchwarter
Career Path: TPG Sports Residency
Start date: 2019
Sam joined BodyCentral PT in Arizona as a Sports Resident in 2019 with a dream of working with professional triathletes.
Sam spent many hours learning his craft and developing skills in gait analysis, return to sport training, strength and conditioning concepts and more.
But more than that... Sam was determined to make a difference in the lives of high level triathletes. So he worked with the TPG residency team and devised a plan to find some of those athletes...and before long, Sam was treating some of the best triathletes in the world -- athletes that requested that he travel with them to places like Kona for the Ironman triathlon.
Fast forward a few years to 2024, and Sam has grown through both clinical and leadership training - eventually becoming a multi-site clinic director and a faculty member in Therapy Partners Group University (TPGU). In addition to his career climb at TPG, Sam has also been a constant with the USA Triathlon team - traveling far and wide to provide professional physical therapy services to those athletes.

I decided to go into Physical Therapy for multiple reasons, to help people and to learn how best to run a clinic. Since starting with Pair & Marotta I was given the freedom to treat as I saw fit and have been blessed to have the opportunity to become a clinic director. Out of the 7 clinics associated with the company I have worked/covered at all of them, giving me good perspective on the unique characteristics of each. This helped shape how I picture a clinic should be run and has provided priceless experience.
This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
