ProSport Physical Therapy & Performance is Orange County's leading sports performance facility offering small group and individualized programs focused on the athlete's physical development and performance goal.

Once you submit your athlete profile and your performance evaluation is complete, you will be recommended a training plan within a ProSport Performance Class based on your individual goals.

Essentials: (ages: approx. 10-13)

Class Duration: 1 hour
This is an introductory hybrid class that introduces young athletes to proper running mechanics, how to efficiently and safely change directions, and strength training techniques. By acclimating athletes to our environment, teaching style and culture we build better habits that lessen the chances of injury. The movement portion of class will change daily to focus on a different movement pattern that can include change of direction, linear acceleration, deceleration and top speed. A graduation criterion is implemented to determine when the athlete is ready to move up. *available at Laguna Hills only

Accelerated: (Advanced Middle School-High School)

Class Duration: 2 hours available daily: 1 Hour Movement | 1 Hour Strength
ACCELERATED is a high-performance training program designed for advanced middle school through High school athletes. These sessions are built to develop complete, confident, and competitive athletes by combining elite-level movement training with progressive strength development. The Movement Hour will fine-tune and apply advanced movement techniques, while the Strength Hour will help develop compound lifts and execute more advanced strength and power movements. *available at laguna hills location only

Collegiate: (athletes entering college - senior year of college)

Class Duration: 2 hours available daily: 1 Hour Movement | 1 Hour Strength
Designed for both current and aspiring collegiate athletes, this high-performance training session integrates advanced movement and strength development. The Movement Hour sharpens sport-specific agility, coordination, and mobility through drills that mirror real-game demands. The Strength Hour focuses on progressive, collegiate-level lifting techniques to build explosive power, speed, and resilience—ensuring athletes are not only prepared for the next level but continue to excel within it. *available at laguna hills location only

Private Training

Class Duration is 60 minutes.
