About Us

While working together for four years as physical therapists at VCMC Outpatient Therapy Services, Rosanna Kirkendall-Azer and Marc Broberg shared a common phenomenon: their treatment schedules were constantly full with word-of-mouth patients requesting them by name. What was unique about Marc and Rosanna that drove such fervent loyalty among patients and doctors?

1. Constant pursuit of clinical knowledge and skill growth. To them, physical therapy was a passion, not a job. Completing countless hours of continuing education, they quickly became recognized leaders and experts in their respective areas of practice.
2. Relentless focus on quality outcomes. Their quantitative measurement system and evidence-based approach to treatment, incorporating the latest and greatest in field research, consistently resulted in exceptional outcomes relative to others. For complex cases, they facilitated collaboration across medical disciplines to ensure the highest quality in patient care.
3. Genuine interest and concern for their patients over profits. They personally fought for solutions to financial limitations rather than deny or cease care. They refused to prioritize patients or procedures based on insurance reimbursement schedules. Marc and Rosanna simply loved their patients like family.

It was upon these three fundamental principles that Marc and Rosanna decided to build the ultimate patient-centric private practice. In 2013, Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness, Inc, was born and the surrounding community quickly took notice to the “new standard of care” offered at Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness.
