What is the Process?
We accept most insurance plans including AETNA, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Cigna PPO, UHC, PHCS, Medicare, Railroad Medicare, Medicaid, and all work comp claims. We do accept cash-pay patients. Please contact your insurance provider for details or give us a call. We are happy to answer any questions that you might have.

* We recommend that you call your insurance payer to obtain the accuracy of benefits. If you have a secondary insurance, please be sure your Coordination of Benefits is set up to prevent any issues during your episode of care.
