I have spent 30+ years sitting for my profession and I have lots of physical issues as a result. I have gone to Body Central for them and every time I am so impressed. the staff is very professional, caring, knowledgeable, great teachers, fun to be around, non-judgmental . . . the facility is clean and pleasant . . . and every time I leave feeling like I have a new body within a few weeks.
