THERAPY PARTNERS GROUP EXPANDS DFW FOOTPRINT WITH ACQUISITION OF CORE REHABILITATION, A 3-CLINIC PRACTICE IN FORT WORTH, TX

The acquisition expands TPG’s footprint in DFW to 33 clinics and reinforces one of its primary growth strategies: to partner with
outstanding private practice owners and leading hospital systems across North Texas.

For Immediate Release:
Bolingbrook, IL – August 8, 2025 – Therapy Partners Group (TPG), a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy services,
today announced the acquisition of Core Rehabilitation, a three-clinic physical therapy practice with locations in Justin, Keller,
and Saginaw, TX.

Core Rehabilitation was founded in 2007 through a tireless grassroots effort to build relationships, earn trust, and serve
patients—doing whatever it took to keep overhead low and quality high. In 2009,founders Steve Biorn and Noah Burton opened
Core’s first dedicated clinic, laying the foundation for the Core brand we know today: one with a strong reputation for delivering
high-touch, patient-first care and fostering deep-rooted connections within the greater Fort Worth community and
surrounding areas. As part of the transaction, both founders will remain on board as Clinic Directors, continuing to lead their
teams in delivering exceptional patient care.

“TPG is incredibly fortunate—not just to be welcoming a great practice into our family of brands, but also to be gaining
exceptional leaders in Steve and Noah,” said Paul Coyne, Chief Development Officer at Therapy Partners Group. “Their
ongoing leadership will ensure Core’s strong clinical culture and local reputation continue to thrive as they transition into an
expanded network of clinics in DFW. Steve and Noah embody TPG’s values of ‘do what’s right for the patient’ and ‘do what’s
right for each other,’ and they are great additions to our clinical leadership team at TPG.”
