Jennifer joined Therapy Partners Group in 2020. Prior to joining TPG, she served as the co-founder and CEO of Bodycentral Physical Therapy & Residency Programs in Arizona. She studied Psychology and Biology at Shepherd University prior to completing her degree in Physical Therapy at West Virginia University in 1994. Jennifer completed her doctorate degree at AT Still University in Arizona, and currently serves as an adjunct faculty member in their Doctor of Athletic Training program.
Clinically, Jennifer is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and is also a Certified Hand Therapist. She serves as an instructor for companies including Cogent Steps and Structure and Function Education and has lectured extensively over the course of her career.
Jennifer brings diverse experience to her work at TPG, from treating in pediatrics to consulting in an inpatient chronic pain center to working with professional dancers and athletes in baseball and softball. Her leadership style is collaborative, and her passion for education and growth is unmatched. Her focus is 1) Dedication to the growth and support of clinicians and to the rehab professions and 2) Focus on the Patient experience and improving the touchpoints in the journey 3) Providing marketing support across traditional and digital channels for growth for talent acquisition and patient acquisition purposes 4) Operations support
Her current mission is to ensure a clinically excellent, experience-centric culture at Therapy Partners Group. She believes in improving the consumer experience and access to physical therapy, elevating employee development and engagement, as well as promoting the physical therapy profession to the community and varied healthcare partners.
Her hobbies include painting, writing, and playing each of her 22 guitars.
