Tara earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University! She has worked for years in Outpatient Orthopedics with a focus on General Orthopedics, Sports rehabilitation, Aquatic Therapy, and Manual Therapy.

In her free time she enjoys working out, and cheering for her kids at sporting events and their other various activities! She also loves cooking, and enjoying new restaurant experiences with her family.

Tara enjoys the challenge of identifying the source of a patient’s pain or physical limitation and personalizing a treatment plan in order to enhance the healing process to help them reach their functional goals. She feels it is important to provide verbal and manual feedback in order to promote confidence and independence in every patient.
