This program is an individualized strength and movement program designed to help athletes build the athletic components needed in their sport.

Performance Plans centered around you

With this training process, you will work one-on-one with a certified performance specialist to improve muscular density and enhance body awareness in order for the athlete to regain playing ability.

Each athlete is taken through a complimentary injury screen and performance assessment with our Sports Performance Director to establish the strengths and weaknesses of an athlete’s movement and develop specific goals in order to return to the sport they love to play as quickly as possible.
