SCAR FIT - Tues., Wed., Thurs. 6:30-7:30PM
SCAR-Fit class incorporates conditioning and light resistance exercises with high-intensity interval training to give you the total body workout you need.
You’ll use leading-edge training equipment and experience an innovative way to improve your ability to move and balance, increase strength and endurance, and create lean toned muscle.

TRX Suspension Training class features a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform countless different exercises.
With the TRX Suspension Trainer, you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself – you simply adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance.
You’ll be guided by one of our certified TRX instructors to build a rock-solid core and increase muscular endurance with this fast, fun, and effective total-body workout.
Stretch & Balance - Tues. & Thurs. 10-11AM
Leo’s interactive class uses an array of stretching techniques to increase not only flexibility but also to improve strength and balance.
You will use the latest equipment including the TRX Suspension Trainer, Stretch Out Strap, foam rollers and more to give you the total body stretch you’ve been looking for.
