Emerging Leaders & Clinical Leadership Programs
We believe that developing leaders is important, so we offer a career pathway to leadership via the Emerging Leaders Program and the Clinical Leadership Program. The programs provide the platform to connect with other leaders, build a network, develop soft skills that develop authentic relationships that lead to a motivated and engaged team, as well as improve their technical day-to-day abilities in running their clinic or region.
The leadership pathway includes a combination of didactic learning, mentorship, and on the job training. Learn leadership skills to build your confidence, advance your career, and inspire the people around you. The emerging leaders program is the first step on your path to becoming a clinic director. The clinical leadership program is required for anyone wishing to be a clinic director in any of our family of brands.

Are you a PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP student looking for clinical experience? You've come to the right place. Build skill and confidence in your field as you work with some of the best and brightest clinicians in healthcare.
To be able to schedule a clinical rotation, please have your Academic Coordinator/Director of Clinical Education (ACCE/DCE) contact Fatema Ghani (fghani@tpgpt.com) to ensure we have a contract with your school and to help with placement.
Develop the clinical and professional skills needed to succeed after graduation. One on one mentorship as well as other enrichment activities are available to our students while on rotation.
As a student, you will also learn professional skills such as time management, speaking, and how to promote community and patient education. Learn patient engagement at the clinical level to improve your success as a clinician.
