Megan Cornelison

Megan graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 2021. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University in 2016. This is Megan’s first job outside of PT school, but she is no stranger to working at GTC. From 2016 to 2017, she worked as a technician at the Carrollton GTC Clinic before attending PT school. While at UTMB, Megan had a wide variety of clinical experiences ranging from pediatrics, orthopedics, and acute care, in addition to logging over 100 treating hours at a student-run pro bono clinic. Megan has treated a wide variety of orthopedic conditions, including postoperative, osteoarthritis, low back/neck pain, stroke recovery, and TMJ disorders. Megan enjoys working with patients across the lifespan and has treated patients ranging from 4 months to 105 years old. She enjoys giving her patients the tools they need to improve their quality of life in order to achieve their goals, no matter how small or large they may seem.
 In her free time, Megan enjoys running, spending time with her family, volunteering, and traveling.
