Shelby Cunningham, DPT, received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Methodist University in 2020. She is an East Texas native and a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy who is also certified in Dry Needling.

Shelby's background as a collegiate softball player inspired her passion for helping athletes and active individuals recover from injuries and return to the activities they love with confidence. Beyond sports rehabilitation, Shelby enjoys guiding all patients through their recovery journey—whether that means returning to work, family life, hobbies, or simply feeling their best again.

As a therapist, Shelby believes in providing high-quality, individualized care by listening to each patient’s goals and making them her own. Her goal is to ensure every patient feels supported, encouraged, and empowered throughout their recovery process.

Outside the clinic, Shelby loves spending time with family, traveling to new places with her husband, and enjoying the outdoors with her dogs.
