Best physical therapy I’ve ever had! Trish is highly educated, and trained to be very specific, thorough & efficient! She walked me through the exercises, making sure I did them exactly right so that I would get the intended results! I will do these exercises the rest of my life because they’ve made a difference for me in decreasing my pelvic pain & urinary incontinence while also strengthening my core muscles! And, the exercises only take about 10 minutes to do! Thank you, Trish for this very important treatment that you’re making available, especially for women, in balancing & strengthening the pelvic floor muscles after childbirth. I hope more & more doctors and women learn about this essential type of physical therapy!
